Shipping Policy

Quick Delivery within Nairobi

  • Nairobi CBD: Orders are delivered within 1 hour after confirmation, during business hours.
  • Outside Nairobi CBD (within Nairobi): Delivery within 1.5 hours after confirmation, during business hours.
  • Outside Nairobi: Delivery within 24 hours via our trusted courier partners.

Note: Delivery times are based on business hours, time of order and may vary depending on order volume, weather conditions or situations outside of our control. We’ll notify you of any delays.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 hours.
  • We process and ship orders on weekends and public holidays, where possible.
  • In the event of high order volumes or courier delays, processing or shipping may be extended. You will be notified accordingly.

Shipping Charges & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
  • Rates are subject to change, and the most current rates will always be visible during checkout.
  • Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Locations

  • We only ship within Kenya.
  • No deliveries to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a specific and accessible location such as your apartment, office, home, restaurant, or petrol station.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Phone Place Kenya is not responsible for any additional charges such as customs duties, VAT, or taxes imposed by your local authorities.
  • All such charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your package arrives damaged or is missing, contact us immediately at info@phoneplacekenya.com.
  • Keep all packaging materials and the damaged product to support your claim.
  • Phone Place Kenya is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit, but we will assist you in resolving such issues with the courier.

Return & Exchange Policy

We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of electronic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective.

Defective Items

If you believe you have received a defective item:

Return Requirements

Refunds

Exchanges

  • If approved, a replacement product will be sent to you at no additional cost.
